Bradan ye 26th of December 1674 The last will & testament of William Cubon in maner as faloweth: first he comitted his soule to God & his body to Christian buriall; It: he left to ye poore 4s in money or corne; It: he left to his sister Ellin 2s legasie, It: he left to Margrett Keamane alias Clarke 3s leg: It: he left to his sister Ann 2s-6d leg: It: he left to his sister Katherin & Richard Christian ye house yt David Christian now liveth in after ye decease of his wife & in case his sister Katherin have noe Issue yt Richard Christian shall have ye whole house after her death; It: he left to John Christian his printice halfe ye smithee & halfe ye tooles. It: he left to Edward Moore & Henry Moore soons of Edward Moore 2 sheep. It he left to Thomas Oats son of Thomas 1 sheep. It: he left to Margrett Christian 1 white blankett.
