KK Malew Jan: 24th 1675 The last will and testament of Margrett Stole alis Cubon who comitted her soule to God and her bodie to Xtian buriall Item she bequeathed to the poor Item she constituted her only daughter Dorothy her true and lawfull executrix of all her goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever as well of her house and gardens or appurtenances as of her goods Item shee bequeathed to the children of Phillip Cottiam a lambe betwixt them; Item she willed that if it should please God to call for her sd daughter without issue, then she willed then her son in law the husband of the sd daughter should enjoy and have all her goods after the death of her sayd daughter as aforesayd wth the said house and appurtenances Test: Tho: Parre The executrixe sworne in forme of law Ann Cottiam pbatu et solvit xijd The Invent within 14 dayes
