Archdeacon Will 1675A #136 Patrick will inventory of Philip Gell, weaver? (has a pair of looms) Summary Wife is apparently alive (he owns half the goods, she owns the other half) not listed in the old Typed Index: Transcribers notes: This Inventory is not dated. However, Robert Quilliam was a witness to ArW 1656A #01 Patrick, Richard Quay was a witness to ArW 1672A #26 Patrick (& named as a son in ArW 1672A #26 Patrick), and John Cottier was named as a son in ArW 1672A #27 Patrick. Also, there were Carrrans in Patrick in the 1670s, leading me to believe that the lost will is from 1675. Also, a Philip Gell was an underage son in ArW 1632A #015 Patrick: ArW 1632A #015 Patrick, of John Gell: eldest son Phinlo, eldest dau Margaret, 4 other children: Jane[?], Ellin, Donold, & Philip, wife is alive; overseers William Gell & Phinlo Kelly
