intelligence have his 5 children Admynistrators vizt John, Mally, Pat, 
Mabell & Jony Sayle, & the next of kindred one the fathers side supvisors joyntly with the 
4 children at age, of the child under age:  a legasie to the wife at the discretione 
of the Court
			Joh: Sayle one of the Admynistrators (the rest being sick) 
			is sworne in forme of law: & the rest enjoned to appeare 
			to be sworne the next Court day:
