K Michael 9th febr: 1675/6 The last will & testamt: of Thomas Corjeag who deaprted this life ye 4th of December last being in perfect memory, first he bequeathed his soul to God and his body to Christian buriall; It: he left to his eldest son all ye grounds due to him by heirship, and forasmuch as he had consumed all his goods to maintaine himself those two years last past being very infirme and soe had nothing to leave ye rest of his children save only a certaine pcell of Land his father bought and gave him, therefore the same pcell of Land being a part of Balla= kinnaag he left to his daughter Jony Corjeag & constituted her his lawfull executrix The execrx: sworne in forme of law testes Ann Caine juratus pbatum et solvit xijd Willm Crie note Crye referd to be sworne by ye minister & certifie in regard he is sick solvo tamen etc I Patrick Cordeag heir to ye abovesaid Thomas Cordeag doe assent to ye abovesaid Will vizt that my sister Jony Corjeag should enjoy my fathers part of ye said pcell of Land being pt of Ballakinnaag aforesaid In witnesse hereof I have hereunto sett my signe manuall this 13th of febr: 1675/6 Patr: Cordeag his mrk X The Invent included in the will as appeares upon oath pledge Willm Cowley & Willm Booy
