The nuncupative will of John Quackin who was buried febr 4th 1676 and comitted his soule to God & bodie to the earth. Item: he bequeathed to be distributed to the poore att Hallowtyde dj ferlet of corne; Item hee bequeathed to the vicar a lambe at May, Item he bequeathed to his wife his halfe of the litle croft dureing her naturall life, alsoe bequeathed to his sd wife the garden or ground called Conills garden duringe her life and then to retrne to his son Martin; also left to his said wife the litle croft att Ratclifes house duringe her owne life and after her decease to return and com to her daughter Issable; Item he bequeathed all the rest of his lands betwixt his said wife and his sonn Martin dureinge the Naturall life of his said wife and adter the death of his wife he bequeathed all his lands whatsoever to his sonn Martin exceptinge the croft left to Issable and further willed that if it should soe happen that his sd sonn Martin died wthou issue then he bequeathed and willed that after the sd Martins death all his lands bought shall returne and be enjoyed & possessed by his daughter Issable and his lands by inheritants to returne to the heire or whome soever it shalbe due; Item he sayd that he owed nothing to Tho: Taylor of ye portion he pmised to him; Item he constituted ordained and appointed his said wife his true and lawfull executor of all the rest of his goods whatsoever Testes Martin Mcilleriah} pbatum et solvit xd[10d] William Stewan } jurati The Invent wthin 14 dayes sub paena xs[10s] 2d pd joyned to ye next leaf
