Archdeacon Will 1676A #23 Santan will of Thomas Kinnish, dated 3 December 1676:  

Summary:  wife Alice Karran (remarried Wm Killip by 1684) is alive, dau Ann Kinnish (married Thomas Brew junior), 
dau Isabel (of age), daus underage Alice (of age by 1684) & Mally (of age by 1690 & married to xxxx Kelly) & 
Jane (married to James Radcliffe of Peel by 1711);  witnesses: Christopher Bridson & Joney Kinnish;

KK Stt Anne January December the 3th 1676 In the of God Amen I Tho: Keenish sick and weake in body but whole and perfect in memory praysed be God doe make this my last will and testament in maner and forme folowing first hee commited his soule into the hands of God Almighty God and his body to Christian Buryalll Itt: hee left to his lovinge wife halfe a mare and all the money that was within the house Allsoe hee left her the grownd with the crop of corne with all the geeres beonging to husbandry as long as the wife would be pleased to keep the sd farm and when the Mother is pleased to give the Land to the heire then the heire is to have halfe the crop of corn with halfe all the geeres belonging to husbandry and if the Mother give unto her daugher An Keenish hir owne halfe of the Land that shee and her husband bought together then the sd Ane is to give to her sister Issable 5£ and if her Mother doe not give her her owne halfe of the ground above mentnioned then see is to have her fathers halfe free to hir selfe with the rest of hir heiresheep.
