Archdeacon Will 1678A #31 Malew will of William Qualtrough, died before March 1678/9, 
per Marriage Contract between son Richard Qualtrough and Mary Kermode, made 28 November ?year:  

Summary:  wife Christian Qualtrough alias xxxx is alive, son Richard Qualtrough married Mary Kermode in December, 
Mary's parents: Daniel Kermode & wife Ann; William Qualtrough's younger son is Edmund Qualtrough; 
Daniel Kermode's son is Henry Kermode


Articles of Contraction condescended and agreed 
upon, betwixt William Qualtrough and his wife, in 
the behalfe of their son Richard Qualtrough on 
one partye, & Daniell Kermott & his wife in the 
behalfe of their daughter Mary Kermotte on the 
other party as ffolloweth, November the 28----[fold]   

ffirst It is agreed and concluded upon that the foresaid 
Rich Qualtrough & Mary Kermott shall enter into 
holy estate of Matrimony, shortly after Christmas 
ensueinge the date hereof, if God & holy Church 
permitt; & byndes themselves in 3£ fyne the one 
halfe to the Lord of ye Soyle & ye other halfe to 
the party performinge bargaine 

2ly the foresd William Qualtrough & his wife gives to their 
son halfe of his croft for 2 yeares of ye old ----[fold]      
& halfe of ye crope in the haggard, wth thirty shillings 
money already payd; & when their son Edmond is ----[fold]      
out soe much as Richard has received, that then the ----[fold]      
Rich is to be joynt Executor wth ye sd Edmond, a----[fold]      
the increase of the longer Liver of the sd Wm & ----[fold]      
wife;  wth  alsoe ye sd Wm gives dj firlett of Barley

3ly Daniell Kermott & his wife gives in dowrey with the----[fold]      
daughter Mary 1 cow at the signeinge hereof, & two 
shillings of money, at a yeares end after their Ma----[fold]      
wth 1 blankett 1 sheete 1 fledge 1 whorden sheete ----[fold]      
couple of of sheepe, 1 firlat of malt, to be pd at 
their entringe of marriage, and after the decease 
of the Longer liver of ye sd Dan: & his wife; ----[fold]      
sd Daughter Mary is to be joynt executor with th----[fold]
