Archdeacon Will 1678A #38 Patrick will of Mr Thomas Quayle of the Rectory and the Curraugh, died 25 March 1679:  
Summary:  2nd wife Ann, dau Alice (received her legacy July 1697), son Thomas,

KK Patrick 1679 This is affirmed to be the last will & Testament of Mr Thomas Quaile who departed this life the 25th of March last; first he appointed that the portion due to Mar= grett his daughter should be paid out of the Curraugh and Rectorie. Itm: he left to his daughter Alice fifteen pounds Itm: to his son Thomas eight pounds, Itm: to his son Henry fifteene pounds, xxxx xxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx Itm: to his son Robt: four pounds wch summ to be paid as they could be raised out of ye Estate. Lastly he did constituted & appoint his wife and his son Richard to be joint Executrs: of all ye rest of his goods move= able & unmoveable Testes Sam Watleworth jurat pbatum et solvit xijd The executors are sworn being at Lawfull yeare Pledges according to Law are Henry Radcliffe Tho: Woods [slip of paper:] ffebr: 13th 1688/89 Received then from & at ye hand of my step= mother Ann Quaile the full & just summe of forty shillings wch is that part of ye legasie that my father left me payable by her & of wch I doe for ever acquitt & discharge her & Exrs: of those prsents.
