Archdeacon Will 1678A #40 Patrick will of William Moore: 

In the name of God Amen.  The last will & Testamt: of 
Willm: Moore who is sick in body but of perfect memory praised 
be God, as followeth: 
Imprmis: he committeth his soul to God & his body to Christian buriall 
It: he leaves to the poor half a firlet of meale.   Itm: he leavest 
to his son & heir Willm: two oxen and halfe the cropp of corne 
with half of all ye geares yt belong to ye working of the farme.   
In consideration whereof the said heir is to give to every of his 
fathers children either a bowle of barley or mault wch they will 
when they marry;   Itm: he leaves to his wife Elizabeth a choice 
cow out of his own part of goods as legacie.   Lastly he doth 
constituted & appoint his six children, to wit: Willm:, Issabell, Margrett, 
Thomas, Elizabeth & Ann his lawfull & joynt executrs: of all the 
rest of his goods moveable & unmoveable.   Itm: to the 
ministr: he leaves a choice lamb 
	The Eldest son who is at lawfull yeares and one of ye 
	Execrs: and Supvisor of ye children undr: years, ye wife
	 also sworn in form of law
