Archdeacon Will 1678A #68 Andreas will agreement of John Teare senior, who is feeble, and so gave all his goods 
to son John Teare junior, to take care of him, dated 3 November 1683, not listed in the old Typed Index:  
On a slip of paper, dated 1683, and found amongst the 1678 Andreas Archdeacon Wills.

Wheras I John Tear am now by age and other apendan---[edge] infirmityes disabled from releiveing and mantaining my self as my condition requires and haveing noe means left or friend to undertake the care of me as my condition required but onely my son John Tear, I doe therfore in consideracon of the prmisses hereby deliver and surrender unto my sd son all my in terest in all my worldly concernes, he my sd son mantaining and finding me wth sufficient meal drink washing and lodging as his ability can afford or my necessity requires dureing my naturall life allowing me also one firlett of Barly the 4th pt of wt ---temp growes upon the Land and the sowing of a pottle of lintseed yearly and for every year & afforsd and also after my decease that my sd son shall have all the goods of right belonging unto me, ffor the true pformance of all which we doe hereby mutually oblige ourselves either to other in penalty of ten pounds sterl: in the nature of all other fines as wittness our hands & signe this 3d day of Novr: 1683 Jon: Tear senr his mrk X Wittnesses hereof Jon: Tear junr: his mrk X Dan: Tear Hen Inch This is a true copie of ye originall Jon: Christian examined by me S: Watleworth Regr:
