In nomine Dei Amen, I Bahie Christian alias Quark sick in
body, but whole in minde, and perfect memory praised be God
make my last will and Testament in manner and form following:
Imprimis I leave to ye poor to be given at my husbands discretion
at the usuall time accustomed. Item I leave to my three
daughters viz: Margret, Cathrine, and Mally Xtn, all my shape
cloath, both woolen and linnen. Item I leave to my grand=
child Will: Christian a stear which himselfe knowes. Item I
leave to my grandchild William Cowley a sheep legacie and a
lamb at May next. Item I constituted and ordaine my loving
husband Capt: William Christian, my true and lawfull executor of all
the rest of my goods moveable and unmoveable corporall and un=
corporall whatsoever, and he my said executor to give unto
David Christian our son whatsoever he thinks fitting and in
his own discretion, and to see that my will be truely performed
and my self decently buried.
