Ann Tear als Shittleton departed this life abt the 10th
of May last intestate whereof the Court haveing intelligence
have decreed her 2 children John and Jony Shittleton sole and
joynt Adminrs: of all her goodsmoveable and unmoveable
whatsoever, the next of kinn on the mothers side vizt Jony &
Kath: Tear suprvizors; and a Legacie to the husband upon sight
of the Inventory. Kath Tear and the husband are sworn sup
vizors according to Law
