In ye name of God Amen, ye 5th of Jan: I Kathrin Mclevory
being sick in body but of good & perfect memory thanks
be to Almighty God, first she committed her soul unto
God & her body unto Christian burial and for ye settling
of my goods I give & dispose in manner & form following:
first, for tyth money yt I owe I give & bequeath to my husband
an ox to pay ye tyth & ye remainer to himself; Item, she bequeathed
to her daughter Kathrine Kelly in Ireland fifteen shillings Legacy
in things part where----- of yt to her ------- to cut her of from
having ----hing in ---- executorsp: Item
she bequeaths to her son Pat: her own pt: of ye Land; Item: She
makes Her daughter Jony Margret Mally & her son Patrick
