NOTE, that the Braddan parish register lists her as ‘Avrick’ Cassin als Hutchin, but my 1628 through 1695 Archdeacon Index
lists no Averick Hutchin, but has 5 entries for an Isabel Hutchin in KK Patrick.

The last Will and Testamt: Jo: who departed this life
the 9th day of ffeb: 1696/7; ffirst comitted his soul to God and his body
to Christian buriall; Itt: he left to his daughter Averick Cashen
6d Legacy. Itt: He constituted and appointed his wife Issabell
Cashen alias Hudgson his lawfull Executrix of all the rest
of his goods movable and unmovable whatsoever
In regard that the Testator did not
testes Phillip Quiggin} leave 6d or the value of six pence to his
           Tho: Kneale} jurati daughters Margrt and Anne, and to his son
                               Charles, the Court hath therefore Decreed
                               them joynt Exrs: with their mother who
                               are sworn in Court according to Law
