Margt. Woods als. Waterson departed this life the 18th of Septr [1698]. 
Last intestate, whereof the Court having Intelligence, hath decreed her 
only child, Nicholas Woods, sole Administr. Of all her moveable & 
immoveable whatsoever: The next of Kin, viz Jo. Waterson the Uncle, 
Supervisor, and a legacy to the husband, on sight of the Inventory, 
wch. is six shills. Salvo lamen &c.

Decretum est, & solvit 2d:6s

The Father & Supervisor are sworn according to Law.

The goods equally in the Father's & Uncle's hands, who have mutually 
agreed to maintain the Child betwixt them; & if the sd. Child shall 
decease undr. Age, the Father is to enjoy that part of the goods of wt. 
Kind soever now in his possesion.

Pledges according to Law, Edw. Shimm. for Dan: Woods; & Tho. Corrin 
for ye. Supervisour.
