Ann Kermod als Fargher departed this ^ the 19th
of December last, intestate, wheresof the Court
having intelligence, hath decreed her 6 children
viz Wm, John, James, Catherine, Wm, & Robert
Kermode son & joint adm'rs of all her goods move-
able & immovable whatsoever.  Wm son being at
age, is sworn with the father, supervisor of the
children under age & a legacy decreed to the
husband on right of the Inventory.
