of Jony Quay alias Christian who departed this life about [ye 9th]
of Feb: last being in perfect mind & memory at ye making …
First she committed her Soul to God & her body to Xtian burial. [First?]
shee left to her three Sons John, Thomas & Cristopher Quay two …

ye Sable after her husband’s decease to which her husband condes[cended]
Item Shee left to her Daughter Jane Quay all her wearing app[arel]
linnen & woollen.  Item She left to her three daughters Jony, Isabel
& Kath: Quay each of them a peticoat.  It: She left to her da[ugh]
