Isabell Skillicorn 1728 Lonan A9 Lonan 9 This is affirmed (by ye present witnesses) to be the Last Will, and Testament, of Isabell Skillicorne, who departed this Life about ye 3rd of March, comitting her Soul to God, and body to Christian Burial. Then she bequeathed and left in legacye to her Brother Thos whatsoever she had given him out of her own hand; Itm: to her brother Thos' daughter Margrt in legacy, her spinning double wheel, and choice blan =kett; Itm: to Elinr her brother's daughter, her lesser chest, & a pale in legacy, Itm: a sheep to John, her bro- ther's son, in legacy; Itm: to Anne her brother's daughter as much as will be a coate to her, of the stuff which was in ye weavers house, Itm: to her sister Margrt in lega =cy, whatever she had in her own hand, on condition her husband and she would not strive aboute her effects, o =therwise to pay whatever was due from them, to her, viz a pot one quarter of a Beefe and 12s all unpaid but one 6s Itm: to Thos Skillicorns wife, her choice suit of cloathes, her choice pair of Bodice, & second suit of her linnens; Itm: to Margtt her sister, in legacy two peticoats, three mants, and one pair of Bodice; Itm: three yards of stuff, in ye weavers hand, to her sister Margrts two children; Itm: to Margrt Gell one peti coat, Itm: to Kathrine Waterson one peticoat, and 6d Itm: to old Philip Fargher 6d; Itm: to Pattrick Killips daughter 6d; Itm: to Jane Skillicorn one of the witnesses to her last Will, her choice suit of linnen, a big wheel ^(and apron) and half an heifer, of two years old; Itm: to Gilbert Cowle, the other wit =ness, 1s6d, Itm: she made mention of moneyes due to her, viz from Phillip Quilleas, 12s, out of which she left him 6d legacy; from John Quark 2s, from Thos Xtian 1s=6d, Itm due from her to Phill Kewley Grenains wife 2s=8d, to William Kewleys wife, 2s 8d, to Wm Kelly 4d, to Kathrine Callow 8d or 9d, Lastly she constituted, appointed, & ordained, her Brother Thomas, and sister Margrt, joint Execrs, of all ye rest of her goods, movable, & immovable, whatsoever, and her sd brother to see her decently buried Testes Gilbert Cowle | The Exors sworn in Court Jane Skillicorn | jurati in form of Law Probatum est & Solvit 1s Pledges Gilbt Cowle & James Quill
