This is Aver’d  to be the Last Will and Testament of Phil Kewley of Kk Lonnan on the 21st of Decem 1734 
being in perfect mind and memory tho weak in body after he had commended his soul to God that gave it 
and his Body to a Christian Burial.
He left and bequeathed to his Eldest son John half of his plow or team & half his Husbandry Team & 
half the xxxxxxx stuff.
Firstly He left to his sd son Jon  and his son Phillip his part of all the sheep & goats equally between them.
Secondly He left the profits of ye sd sheep to his son Wm & to his daughters Margret & Chatrin for two 
years next after his decease.
Thirdly He left to his daughter Elinor half of his xxxxxx chest and twelve pounds if she did acording  
to her mother’s mind, if not he cut her off with twenty shillings.  One of the witnesses asking him what 
did he leave to his daughter Jane. He said that he was weary and that he hoped her mother would serve her.
Fourthly He Constituted & apointed his loving wife Jony and his son Jon whole Executors of all the rest 
of his goods.
