        Marriot Kelly als Costean departed this Life
        about the 12th of Aprill Last past Intestate __
        The Court upon Intelligence thereof hath 
        Decreed her six Children namely John, Willm.
                                   Kelly
        Thos. Mary Margt., & Philip ^ Joint Adminrs. of all
        her Goods & Effects moveable & imoveable 
        whatsoever, who being all under at full age
        (philip excepted) / are Sworn in Court in form of
        Law Philip being underage & Margt. & Mary being
        absent, the other three sworn in form of Law, as
        also to bring to the Registry a perfect Inventory –

        they have given pledges for paymt. of Debts ^ namely
        John Fargher & John Mc ylrooi both of Lonan

          Octor, 12. 1762.  Philip Kelly son & one of the Admrs. of Marriot Kelly als
          Costean came this day (with his father John Kelly & brother Wm.
          Kelly) to the Regry. & acknowledged to have received from his brothers
          John, Wm. & Thos. Kelly, the proportion or share of Goods due unto
          him by the death of his sd. mother & hereby acquit & discharges
          his sd. brothers of the same – Witness his mark  to his name _
