Bahee Kelly, 1757-2, Marown E w 0106383 This is affirmed to be the last Will and Testament of Bahee Kelly who departed this life about the 5th day of May last, 1757 and was of perfect mind and memory at the making thereof. She committed her soul to God and her Body to Decent Christian burial. She left sixpence in Legacy to every person that might claim any of her effects. Lastly she nominated and appointed her daughter Emmy Kelly sole executrix of all her effects moveable and immovable whatsoever, and this we declare to be the last Will and Testament of Bahee Kelly. Made in our presence, witnesses John Christian Henry Kissack (?) His mark X At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas June 1757 the executrix is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for payment of debts and legacies.
