                 Lonan
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of William Kinley of Laxey in 
The Parish of Lonan who departed this life 6th June 1759 being sick
in body but of sound disposing mind and memory at the making hereof. 
First he committed his soul unto God and his body to Christian Burial.
Itm he left and bequeathed six pence legacy apiece unto each of his children.
And also to any person or persons that might claim any right unto his goods or 
effects hereafter. 
Lastly he nominated constituted ordained and appointed his loving wife
Jane Kinley als Clague to be full and sole executrix of all his goods and effects 
he had or hereafter might have (moveable or immoveable what kind or 
nature soever).

At a Chapter Court holden at Lezaire Nov.5.1759 
the Extx is sworn in form of law & hath given pledges for
paymt of Debts & Legacies namely 
Wm Kneale (Batley) of Lezaire & Edwd Callow of Maughold.
