This being the last Will & Testament of Joney Kewley als Skillicorn of KK
Lonnan who departed this life about the beginning of April 1766 being in
perfect mind & memory at the making thereof.
First   Committing her Soul to Almighty god & her Body to Christian Burial
2dly   She left and Bequeathed to her grandchild Isabel Kewley her little
spinning wheel
Itm   She left to her Grandson John Kewley (to the best of their memory)
Some Sheep, but the witnesses do not remember how many 
Itm   She left also some small parcel of sheep to her GrandDaughter Cath
Kewley But cannot call to mind how many--being about two Beasts
Itm   She left to her Grandson James Skillicorn some little parcel of
Earlings but they do not remember how many
Itm   She left to her Daughter in Law Ellinor Kewley the Bed that she lay
on (to best of Elizth Kelly's memory being one of the witnesses hereof)
Lastly   she nominated and appointed her Son William Kewley & her Daughter
Cathrine Skillicorn als Kewley to be whole & sole Extrs of all the rest of
her Goods moveable & Immoveable whatsoever & Excluding all other persons
that might pretend to Claim further right to her Goods with Six pence
legacy apiece

the above will being made about five or Six years before the death of the
Testator

At a Chapter Court holden at KK Marown Novr 17 1766
The Witnesses to the within alledged Will which was made six or seven years
ago & upwards, and not comitted to Wording till very lately; having in
general forgot the Will made by the Decd & apprehending there were some
other Legacies bequeathed which they cannot recollect; the same is
therefore for Imperfection & other just Causes dismissed this Court

Joney Kewley als Skillicorn departed this Life on or about the beginning of
the month of April last past And whereas no legal Will appears to have been
by her made the Court therefore Decrees her son Philip Kewley sole Adminr
of all her Goods & Chattles moveable & immoveable whatsoever; her other
Children namely John, Willm, Ellinor & Cath: Kewley having severally been
provided for by marriage Contract — Philip aforesd being abroad the
Administration is committed unto ThosSkillicorn husband of Cath: in trust
for Sd Philip — and he the said Thos Skillicorn is sworn to bring a perfect
Inventory to the Registry as also for payment of Debts, to which ends as
also that he will be accountable for his Administration when thereunto
required he has given Pledges in form of Law namely Danl Callister & Thos
Moore both of KK Lonan
