LDS: 1771 - 3 And E w 0106391 The last ^Will and Testament of Thomas Cowin of KK Andreas who Departed this life on or about the 16th Day of August 1771 being of perfect mind and memory at this makeing thereof. First He committed his Soul to God and his body to Christian burial Itm He left to his two Daughters namely Anne & Catherine Cowin the sum of Ten Shillings Each, wch was to be paid to them when they would come to age. Lastly He Nominated and appointed his loving wife Catherine Cowin als Crinilt sole Executrix of all the rest of his ^goods moveable & immovable whatsoever - To the ^Witnesses of this Will he left one Shilling Each. Witnesses Thos. Fargher's +} Jur Thos. Tear's +} At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre the 15th Octr 1771 The Execr'x is Sworn in Court in form of Law & undertakes the maintenance & Tuition of the Children under age, John Howland, & Wm Cowin uncles by the Fathers Side are Sworn Supervisors, Pledges for the payment of Debts and Legacies are Thos.
