FARGHER, Mary als Creggall 1782 LON LDS: 0106397 Lonnan At a Chapter Court holden in Marown Novem'r 11th 1782 Mary Fargher als Creggall having departed this life on or about the 17th June last past Intestate. The Court who in intelligence thereof Hath Decreed her only child Philip Fargher Sole administrator of all her goods and effects moveable and imoveable of what kind or nature soever, thereupon he is sworn well and truly to adminis= =ter the Goods of his Intestate - to pay all her just Debts so far forth as the s’d Goods will extend and the Law shall bind him, And hath given Pledges in form of Law Namely Thos Mylchreest and John Fargher both of KK Lonan.
