JAMES KERMOD   LONAN   Episcopal Will #1785-1   LDS Film No.0106399

		Lonan
At a Chapter Court holden at Beemaghag
on the 30th day of May 1785

James Kermod Bachelor of the parish of  KK
Lonan having perished by sea in or about the 
month of February last past intestate and this
Court having intelligence thereof hath Decreed
his mother Jane and his Brethren and Sisters
namely Thomas William Mary and Joney
Kermod joint administrators of all his goods 
Chattles and effects movable and immovable
of what kind or nature soever.  The mother
Joney only being present she is thereupon
sworn well and truly to administer the goods 
of the intestate to pay all his just debts so 
far as the goods will extend and the law 
shall bind her, to return a perfect Inventory
of the said goods Chattels and Effects to the
Registry of this Court and to be true and
just to her Co-administrators in the division
of the Residuum of the said Effects.  To these
ends she hath given pledges in form of law
namely John Sayle and William Crow
both of Lonan
		Decretum est
