Patrick John Taggart 1797 LDS A 52 0106232 This is affirmed to be the last will and Testament of John Taggart of Ballacoole in KK Patrick made on the 21 of March 1797 being in perfect mind and memory at the making thereof First he committed his soul to Almighty God and his Body to Christian Burial He left to his son John Taggart all his herring nets his shaped clothes both linnin and wollin a piece of Blue Cloth that was within the Plow and the harrows the dressor the big Chare and the table He left to his Daughter Betty Taggart the sum of six pounds He left to his Daughter Ann Taggart the sum of Twenty Pounds and the said Twenty Pounds to come to whomsoever would take better care of her and maintain her Lastly he Nominated and appointed his three Daughters Betty Taggart Margaret Taggart and Abigail Taggart whole and sole Exec’tors Equaly of all the rest of his Goods moveable And immoveable Witnesses present John Quirk } Jur Thos Quirk At a Chapter Court holden at KK Patrick June 22nd 1797 The Executrix's are sworn in Court in Form of Law ___ to be true & just the one to the other in the Division of the Effects & have given Pledges for the payment of Debts and Legacies namely the Witnesses of the Will Probatum est The Executrix's are also sworn Guardians & Super visors of their Sister Ann according to Law Probatum est TH_Cubbon
