Film Number RB 658 Number 48 I Thomas Caley of Kinlough in the Parish of Bride calling to mind the uncertainty of human life do proceed to make this my last Will and Testament in manner following : First I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial. Secondly I give to my sons Philip, William and John and to my daughters Mary, Margaret and Catherine six pounds each as Legacy. Thirdly I give and devise to my daughter Christian, wife of John Ferguson and to her heirs and assigns all and singular those lands and premises situate in the Parish of Bride commonly called Cooil ne Moaney Nelson, 'Croit ne Croaghey' being these lands left to Esther Caley my late wife subject to the life estate of Mark Camaish by William Camaish her father, and by his last Will and Testament dated 22nd April 1809. She my said daughter Christian and her husband John Ferguson to take charge and care of the said Mark Camaish as provided in and by the said Will and I leave to my said daughter Christian all my goods, chattels and effects of whatever nature or di....minations and I leave appoint nominate and consolidate my said daughter Christian whole and sole executor of this my Will. As witness my subscription hereto the 22nd day of November 1855. Signed in the presence of John Moore and Charles Corkill.
