Will / Administration of Edward Lace, 1867, Patrick Film BM321 Number E 11 The humble petition of James Lace and Elizabeth Lace sheweth that Edward Lace of the Parish of Patrick, brother to the petitioners departed this life on or about 5th January 1867, a bachelor and intestate, and it is necessary yjay administration should be granted to his estate. Wherefore your petitioners may ...(?) and advise of the estate of this Edward Lace may be granted administration. On 26th March letters of administration were granted. I certify that by virtue of the authority of his Lordship Richard Jebb(?) Esq. Vicar General I have duly charged Robert Clucas and Margaret Clucas, formerly Lace, his wife, Edward Kennaugh and Ann Kennaugh, formerly Lace his wife, Wm Lace, John Lace, Margaret Lace, widow of Wm Lace, all of Patrick, as …(?) kin of Edward Lace deceased, and have also charged John Clucas as a witness to appear as all ecertam (?) be holden at Peel on Friday (?) the 15th. Must when called to answer the suit of James and Thomas Lace both. This 7th February 1867 Philip Clucas, Summoner for Patrick.
