The humble Petition of
Catherine Kelly of Orry's 
Mount in the village
of Laxey. Spinster.

Sheweth as follOws.
1.	Petitioner's mother Jane Kelly
late of Orry's Mount in the village
of Laxey Widow, departed this
life on or about the 25th day of
July 1910 having first duly made 
and published her last Will and
Testament bearing date the 23rd
day of July 1910, whereof she
appointed your Petitioner sole
Executrix.
2.	Petitioner is desirous of
obtaining Probate of the said
will.

Wherefore Petitioner humbly 
pray a hearing hereof and
that your Honor may be 
pleased to receive proof of

the due execution of the said Will and
to grant Probate to Petitioner. And Petitioner
prays for such other and further relief in the promise
as is meet.

KNOW all men by these presents that we Catherine
Kelly of Orry's Mount in the
Village of Laxey, Spinster
Frederick Teare Corlett of 
Laxey in the Village Parish
of Lonan, Traveller and
Robert Benjamin Kelly of Minorca. Laxey
Engine Driver
are jointly and severally and any two of us jointly bound unto our
Sovereign Lord the King in the sum of Twenty
pounds to the payment whereof well and truly to be made to our said Lord
the King, his heirs and successors, we bind and oblige ourselves jointly and
severally, and any two of us jointly, our Executors and Administrators,
firmly by these presents.

As witness our subscriptions the 8th day of
August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine
hundred and ten.

THE CONDITION of our obligation is such, that if the
above-named Catherine Kelly
(hereinafter call "the Executrix")
who seeks to obtain a grant of Probate of the last Will and Testament of
Jane Kelly
late of Orry's Mount in the Village
of Laxey

but now deceased, who died on or about the 25th day of July
1910 at Orry's Mount Laxey
aforesaid
do when lawfully called on in that behalf, make or cause to be made a true and
perfect inventory of all and singular the personal estate and effects of the said
deceased, which have or shall come into her hands, possession or
knowledge, or into the hands of any other person for her and the
same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited, into the proper Registry in
that behalf whenever required by law so to do:  And the same personal estate
and effects of the said deceased, which shall at any time come into the hands or
possession of the Executor, or into the hands or possession of any other person
or persons for her or which without default might have come into the hands
or possession of the Executrix, do well and truly administer according to law,
that is to say, do pay the debts and liabilities of the said deceased so far as the said
personal estate will extend and the law bind the Executrix, then this obligation
to be void and of no effect, or else to remain in full force and virtue.

The executing parties to the foregoing Bond
acknowledged the same to be their Act and Deed.

I Jane Kelly of Orry's Mount,
Laxey, in the Parish of Lonan, Widow,
being of sound mind and memory
do make this my last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all former wills made
by me.

To my son John Joseph Kelly I leave
and bequeath my gold watch and
chain.  To my daughter Catherine
Kelly I leave devise and bequeath
all the residue of my real and
personal estate, and I hereby appoint
my said daughter Catherine Kelly
sole executrix of this my last will
and testament.

Witness my hand this
day of July 23rd one thousand nine
hundred and ten.

this Isle and a Judge of the said Court.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that I have personally noticed
the following parties,

John Joseph Kelly, George Morris and Emily Jane
his wife, Edith Ann Andrew wife of William Andrew and Leonora
Scarffe wife of William Caesar Scarffe, all of Laxey (Wiliam
Andrew and William Caesar Scarffe being off the Island) to
appear at Court to be holden at Douglas on Monday, the 8th
day of August, 1910, at 10:30 in the fore-noon.

to fulfill and execute the Same
and to administer the personal estate
of the Said deceased according to Law.
