The last Will and Testament of Ann
Christian alias Cubbon who being weake in
body but of pfect memory declared her
will the seaventh of Ffebruary 1680/81, as
followeth, ffirst she commended her soule to
God & her body to Christian Buriall, Item she
left to her son Richard six pence legacy, Itm:
to her daughter Margarett all her linnen and
woollen of what nature soever except a suit of linnings and
and kersy perricoatt & a cinnamon calour
waiscoat which she left to her daughter in law
Ann Christian alias Garrett, And a brown petti=
=coat wch she left to her sister Katharine Cubon;
Itm: she left to her daughter Margarett two pott
and a brasse pan & three pewter dishes to be given her att her son
Thomas discretion, And in case her said daughter
Margarett should dye without issue, then all the
legacy above given to returne to her son Thomas
and his children, And all the rest of her goods
whatsoever she left to her son Thomas Christian
& constituted & appoynted him her Exr: And all
this she published as her last will and desired
