NOTE, that wife's surname was variously recorded as 'Gill' and 'Killey', which was not uncommon in the 1600s & before.

Jurby 1681/ The last will and testamt: of Patricke Caine who depted this liffe the 17th of January 1681, who left committed his soule to God & his body to Christian buriall. Itm: to his son William Caine the whole cropp of corne, with all the husbandrie geares belonging to the working of the land and his bedstead wth the cloathes that he layd in or did use. Itm: he bequeathed to his daughter Ann the Close that was formerly sett to Wm Kelly for the space of two yeares from Michaellmas next at wch tyme the terme of Kellies setting is ex= pired. Itm: to his daughter Avericke 2 heffers as legasie. Itm: to his son Patricke and his daughter Katherine a heffer betweene them. Itm: to his sd son Patr: the Croft that Tho: Vorrey live in for ye terme and tyme of seaven yeares, upon the sd Vorreyes tyme is expired, Itm: to Tho: Steane a steare for what he was behinde of his portion, Itm: to his daughters An and Aericke what raw cloath and yoarne was in the house, and they to give to ye other Brother and sister, cloathing of the same, Itm: he constituted and appoynted his son Willm and his daughter An Caine his true and lawfull executors of all ye rest of his goods movable and unmovable. Itm: he confessed that he owed unto John Crowe 2s - 6d, and 2 or 3 penyes more.
