The last will and testament of John 
Qualtrough, who beinge sicke in body 
but of perfect memory praised be God for 
the same,  first he comended his soule to God 
& his body to Christian buriall;   Itt: he left 
to his sister in law Christian Qualtrough & to her 
grandchild Hen: Qualtrough 1 yearelinge,   Itt: he
left to his brethren 6d Legasie apeece,   Itt: he 
left to his nephew Rich Qualtrough children 
1 hen apeece;   lastly he nominated his daughter 
Katharen Qualtrough executor of all his goods 
moveable & unmoveable, & if it should please 
God to call for her before shee came to lawfull 
yeares, then he left the goods to Richard 
& Edmond Qualtrough, & they to be overseers 
of his daughter
