Patrick June 15th 1682 This is affirmed to be ye last will and testament of Willm: Kermott who departed this life the 11th of March last past. First he committed his soul to God & his body to Christian buriall. Itm: he left in Legacie to his wife his part of either ye best horse or oxe. Itm: to his son Thomas a maire four goats two sheep & two hoggs. Itm: to his son John a sheep & a hog. Itm: to his son Patrick a hogg. Itm: he constituted & appointed all his children vizt: Thomas, John, Patrick, Phinloe, Willm: & Thom: junr: his lawfull executors of all ye rest of his goods moveable & unmoveable further ye testator did declare yt Tho: Caine ought him Thomas Kermott} 17s wherof he appointed 3s to be abated if ye sd Caine would Willm: Cubon } jurati pay 14s willingly & in good part, but if he did not then the whole was required to be paid The Inventorie of ye deceadt: taken by 4 sworne men vizt: Tho: Kermott, Phinlo Coole, Hen: Gell & Tho: Gell as followeth in all amounts to ......... 4£ - 8s- 0d Debts to be deducted ............. 0 - 10 - 0 Thomas senr: one of the Execrs: at lawfull age is sworn in form of law and to be overseer of the children undr: age, the other brother John also at age and to be sworn at next Court The goods of the three youngest children in the hand of Thomas & his mother equally & have given pledges for ye forthcoming therof Willm Cosnahan & Hen: Gell joyntly for both
