will of mother: ArW 1703A #34 Andreas will of Mally Teare alias Knickle alias Keneen, died 29 December 1703: 34: KK Andreas: This is affirmed to bee the last 
will of Mally Kenneen als Tear who was buried abt the 29th of December 1703. Ffirst she committed her soul to God and body to Christian buriall. Itm, she left 
to Patrick Tear's son John Tear half of a parcell of Land called Tommies Croft, Itm, she left to the said Patrick's daughter Jony Tear her part of a heiffer and 
wheel, Itm, to Jony her daughter her pettycoats and shap'd linnens, Itm, left to grandchild Jony Tear the flax of a quart of lint seed, Itm, to the said Jony 
her daughter a grey blanket. Itm she left to Stephen Teers wife a grey pettycoat an wastcoat & kerchiefe, Item, to the said Stephens wife her shoes and stockins 
and a hood in her keeping and to her daughter vizt the said Stephens daughter an apron. Itm, she left her part of a heiffer in the keeping of Dan Ballacunnr: to 
himself, Itm, left to her husband Gilbert Tear so much as will bee a cot of russet cloth, with halfe her part of the crop; and the other half of the crop to 
Stephen Tears wife and Jane Tear; Itm, she declared that she had given her part of the pott to her son in law Patrick Tear, and that he should not be molested 
for it because it was due to him. Itm, she declared that the mony which her husband and her left received for Edw: Knakles Croft was put into that piece of 
Ballakinney Land now in the possession of Margt Joughin. Itm, she nominated and appointed her daughters Jony & Mally and her grandchild Jane Teare joynt Exrs: 
of all the rest of her goods whatsoever. She appointed a tub of meal 2s worth of Ayle and 3d worth of tobacco to be expended at her funerall, and whatsoever she 
had given out of her own hands before to Jony that the rest should --hen nothing to do with it. To the witnesses 6d apiece and a wastcoat and neck cloth to Ann 
Tear. Itm, she willed that she had payd Mally 2 blankets and a pound of wooll, which if she would strive with the rest of the Exrs: she was to have that in the 
first part of her goods witnesses:  Wm Crebbing, Ann Teare, jurati, Mally and Jane sworn, Salvo tamen vincuig suo jure
Will of stepfather: ArW 1705A #60 Andreas will of Gilbert Teare, died 6 January 1705/6: 2nd wife [Mally Teare als Knickle als Keneen] is not mentioned, son & executor 
Patrick (his son John is heir & underage), grandson John Teare, granddau Joney Teare, granddau? Jane Teare, witnesses & pledges: Michael Cowle & Daniel Teare.
