Decembr: 8th 1681 Bride In nomine Dei Amen, I Charles Moor sick in body but of good and perfect memory praised be God, do make my last will and Testamt: in manner following; First I commit my soul unto God and my body to Christian buriall. Itm: to ye poor at my wive discretion. It: to my daughter Bahee Twenty shillings, and so much as will be petticoate of white cloth and a sheep and a lamb legacie. Itm: to ye said Bahee all my houses after my wives decease; But if my said wife doe leave the said houses before her decease, it is my will that my said daughter Bahee shall enjoy the said houses after her departure from ye said houses; Again I leave and bequeath unto my said duaghter a Table and a frame with a chair & forme after my wives decease, or departure from ye said houses to any other place. Itm: to my daughter Kath: twenty shilling and a sheep and a lamb, a wastcoat of Russet & a petticoat of gray cloth, or any other colour. To Kath Xtin a sheep and a lamb, Itm: to ye Curate a sheep or a lamb. To ye wit= nesses six pence a piece. Itm: I constitute my loveinge wife Kath Christian my true and lawfull executor of all ye rest of my goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever and to see this my last will truely performed & my self decently buryed Itm: I leave unto my said daughter Bahee a chest that her mother had. I leave the above particulars unto my sd daughter besides their mothers goods.
