Archdeacon Will 1682A #35 Lezayre will of William Callow, per Deed of Gift dated 20 November 1669 
when he was about 80 years old, still alive in 1679, accepted as a will on 17 May 1683: 
Summary: wife is not mentioned, son John Callow out of the Country 24 years, William Callister & wife & their son Thomas Callister junior, 
witnesses in 1669: Daniel Corlett & William Christian & Robert Parr junior, accepted as William's will on 17 May 1683.
NOTE: William Callow was born about 1589.

Be it knowne to all men by these prsence yt I Will: Callow of KK Christ Layer aged 80 years or there abouts for & in Regard that I have lived with Will: Callister this 20 yeares or theare abouts, dureing which time ye said Will & his wife have lookd well to me in sickness & in health & have undertaken soe to contiue and mantaine me dureing my life, & further in Regard my son Jo: Callow is out of ye cuntry this 24 yeares and have not hard from him all this time, & for diver othe causes and considerations me heareunto moveing, hath made this my absolute deed of gift Irrevocable, of all my goods movable and uimovable, & of all debts due unto me, unto ye said Will Callister & his wife, And theire haeires executors & asignes and doe cutt of my next of kindred with 6d apeice in Regard I was never yt better of them: provided allwayes never ye Less that if my son Jo: Callow be living & cam it to ye Cuntry him =selfe and Receive what shall be after my Death; yt it shall Lawfull for him soe to doe and to enjoy & possese ye same conditionally yt he give good satisfaction unto ye said Will and his wife, and his Asignes for theire care & cost and charges upon me for ye time past and to com dureing Life and in Ratification of this my absolute deed of gift Irre= =vocable I have given to yt said Wm: & his wife, one shilling in ye name & possession of all ye Rest of my goods movable and unmovable, & in testemoniall heareof I have hearunto subscribed my name and mark in prsence of ye subscribed witnesses this 20th day of November 1669 Will: Callow his mark X Will: Callister his mark X Testes Donold Corlett his mk X William Christi his mk X Robert Parre Junior October the 4th 1679 The wthin named William Callow and Willm: Calister came and acknowledged all the wthin premisses to be theire mutuall agreement Act and deed before me Edw: Christian Upon due consideracon of the above Deed of gift I do give my full consent therunto and Tho: Calister in ye behalf of himselfe and father and I are reconciled as witness our subscripcons ---br---- the 13th 1682 witness hereof John Chr--- Tho Calister ------[torn] Ewan Killip [next page] May ye 17th 1683 The wthin deed of gift being lawfully acknowledged before the Deemster is therfore accepted of as ye last will of Willm: Callow, & Tho: Callister junr: in behalf of his fathr: Willm Callister, is sworn Admr: and to discharge all dutyes incumbt: upon the same in form of law Decretum et solvit 1s John Christian Vicr: Genrll:
