Archdeacon Will 1682A #09 Malew will of John Pickard of Castletown, tailor, a deed of gift made 4 December 1677 (?or 1667) prior to him leaving, 
temporarily, the Isle of Man, but he died in Dublin April 1681, with no siblings on the Isle of Man:

NOTE: While the surnames Pickard and Pigott were sometimes used interchangeably (?by a confused scribe), there may instead have been two separate family: 
the Pigotts, who were financially well off, and the Pickards, for example, John Pickard a tailor.
