& wife Joney regarding his sister Ann Sherlock alias Cottier (or Ann Cottier als Sherlock, ?dead);  witnesses: Daniel Morrison & John Quott.
NOTE: Ann Christian married Henry LeSquire by 1668, and died 1684, Episcopal will. Husband Henry had several affairs (including with John Bell's wife) before her 
death and afterwards, with at least two bastard children by Catharine Corkill; he remarried in 1685 to Elizabeth Cottier, who had previously married George Stowell/
Stole & had children by him, he died 1682, ArW 1682A #11 Malew. Henry died in 1716, Episcopal will, and Catharine died 1723, Episcopal will. Henry, in his will of 1716, 
left his nephew in law Capt John Stevenson of Peel a sword, and made his daughter Jane Meredith alias LeSquire executrix to everything else. However, since she did 
not show up at probate, Henry's stepson George Stowell/Stole was made administrator of the will. SEE: George Stowell will 1682A #11 [This will].

claims: John Kewley for 6s, John Cottier for 12d, Richard Slater for £6 - 20s, Ewan Kewley for 4s on behalf of his father John.
Will of 2nd husband of wife: Episcopal Will 1716E Castletown, Malew will of Mr. Henry LeSquire of Castletown, died 16 December 1716: Castletown Decr 19th 1716: 
The last will of Mr Henry Lesquire, who departed this life the 16th Instant. Imprimis He committed his soul to God, and his body to Christian Burial. Itm: he left 
to Capt: John Stevenson of Peel, his two edged sword. Lastly he constituted and appointed his daughter Jane Merridith als Lesquire, Executr of all the rest of his 
goods and Effects moveable and immoveable whatsoever. Testes: John Waterson, John Rothmell. Memo: Mr Waterson, one of the witnesses, declares that the night before 
the  making of the above will, the testator mentioned a Legacy of fourty shillings to John Kewley towards the building his house. At Castletown, Feb 5th 1716/7: 
The witnesses have deposed that they did not look upon the testator to be Compos Mentis, when he made the above will; & whereas no relation has appeared to take 
the admin of his goods, the same is committed to his stepson George Stole, who has obliged himself to pay the Debts as far as the goods will extend; & has persuant 
thereunto, given pledges, Mr Jo: Waterson & Mr Jo: Rothmell. The Adm sworn in Court in form of Law. Decretio est et solvit ---. Castletown 1716: An inventory of 
the goods of Mr Henry Lesquire praised by 4 sworn men: John  Rathmell, Ritchard Tompson John Stevenson & Tho: Redfern [Several lines of inventory are included in 
the original.] In totall  3£ 16s 4d  5 Feb 1716: Jo: Kewley enters a claim agt the Admr of Mr Henry LeSquire, for 6s & craves the Law. 20 Sept 1717: Jo Cottier 
enters for 12d & craves the Law. 9 Nov 1717: Rich Slater enters for the sum of six pounds lent for which he has a House in Mortage, as also for 20s lent money, & the 
interest thereof from the 26th of March 1715. With the interest of 20s more, since the 25th of July 1713 & craves the Law. Decr 11 1717: Ewan Kewley enters for 4s
