It [Item] he left to ye poor a firlett of mault or a firlett of oat meale & a [mutton?] to be distributed at ye usuall tyme. It [Item] he left to his wife Jony Gelling alias Christian a mayre lega[cy] It [Item] he left to his daughter Ann a calfe of halfe a yeare old & if shee would not be content with that she should be cut of with a 6d legasie It [Item] he left to his daugh[er] Katherin 5th portion that was pr'mised her in contraction bargan & if shee would not be content with that she is to have her choyse ye 5th or to have share with ye rest in ye executorship. It [Item] he left to his son & heire a mayre legasie & all ye lands that he bought as well as other [..?..] thereunto belonging to husbandry. It [Item] he left to his foresd son & heire his pte of baldell milne. It [Item] he constituted & ordaynd his 5 children viz John Ellin Jane Mariod & Issab[le] Gelling to be his true and lawful executors of all ye rest of his goods moveable & unmoveable whatsoever Also he willed if in case this heire dye before he com to lawfull years that whoever please god to [be] heire then shall not have any of ye land that was bought but what cam by heirship.
