Patrick [Kelly], deceased brother William Killip owed her 5s, witnesses: Thomas Clark & Charles Kneale, pledges: Thomas Mylevorrey & Daniel Gawne.   
NOTE: The old Typed Index lists him as Edward Comish, but the Inventory abbreviates his given name as 'Edm:', that is, Edmund.

Ballaugh The last will and testament of Ed: Comish whoe departed this life ye 30th of January 1683 first he bequeathed his soule to God and his body to Christian buriall, Item he left to Wm Corlett his breeches, drawers, dublett, & coat. Item to Jony Kneen a shifte. Item to Tho: Kermot Sumner a pair of breetches in his fees as he is Sumnr and if he would not accept of ym that yn he should have but his 4d fees. Item to his brother Hen: Comish 6d legasie Lastly he constituted and ordained his wife his sole executrix of all his goods and that she should have ye halfe of his crofts and ye whole roofe of his houses; and yt he desired Nicholas Thompson to see his wife righted if any should goe about to oppress her He declared these debts following to be due from him To Jo: Crow 2d, To Wm Mughtin 2d.
