Archdeacon Will 1683A #26 Lezayre will of Catharine Quayle alias Cowle, per Articles of Marriage dated 25 November 1676, of William Quayle 
of Lezayre & Catharine Quayle alias Cowle of Bride, Catharine died about December 1683 / January 1683/4:

alias Crowe is Sir William Crowe [he married in 1675, to his 2nd wife Margaret Quayle who was the dau of Catharine Quayle alias Crowe], witneses to 1676 
Articles: William Crowe & William Corlett & John Crowe & Edmund Crowe & Richard Fox, witnesses to 1683 will: William Corlett & Edmund Crowe.

November ye 25th 1696 Articles of Marriage concluded upon betwixt William Quayle of the pish of KK Christ Leyayre on the one pte and Catherin Cowle of the pish of KK Bride on the other part as followeth: 1 It is agreed that the above Wm Quayle, and Catherin Cowle shall enter into ye holy Estate of Matrimoney God & holy Church pmitting 2 It is concluced upon that if if please God to call for the sd Wm Quayle under a yeare and day without Issue liveing betwixt himselfe and his now intended wife ye above Catherin Cowle to inheritt his Estate; that then for ye securitie of the return of her porcon wch now she bringes with her, shee shall to all intents, and purpose, possesse and injoy the one halfe or moitie of the sd Wm Quayles Estate; but if there be Issue, shee is onely to have according to Law, and if no Issue 3 It is concluded that if ye sd Catherin dye within ye yeare and day next after Marriage, and that there be no Issue to injoy her goods, or pte of procon, that then shee shall be obliedged to leave unto her sd intended husband, out of her pte to the value of fforty shillings sterl: To which like sume in the like case the sd Wm Quayle is also obliedge to her.
