This is affirmed to be ye last will & testamt: of John Croughan 
who depted this life December last.   first he committed his 
soul to God & his bodie to Christian buriall.  Itm: he appointed yt if 
his son died before he came to age yt his wife should have all his g----[edge]    
paying 6d Legacie to ye next of inne yt would or could claime any -------[edge]    
to his goods.   and appointed & constituted his said son John his lawfull 
executr: of all his goods moveable & unmoveable, ordaining Cesar
