Summary: not married, brother William Cowle, brother John Cowle, niece Catharine Cowle (Patrick left 40s to Catharine, which was placed in 
the custody of Catharine's mother, Joney Cowle alias Kneale), also: John Key [married to (Patrick's niece) Joney Cowle in 1682 Andreas], 
William Key, also: Arthur Cowle entered a claim in behalf of Mark Cowle, xxxx Kelly of Ballnahasty owed 30s; xxxx Kneen of Glenmooar his 
wife owed 9s, witnesses: William Key & John Quirk, pledges: Thomas Clark & Patrick Kneale.

John Cowle is dead, son John Cowle, dau Catharine Cowle (of age by 1697), dau (?or stepdau) Joney Cowle supervisor of John Cowle's children [she was married, & 
was not named as administrator, married 1682 Andreas to John Key), deceased brother in law Patrick Cowle (husband's brother)  also: James Radcliffe in behalf of 
underage Joney Key entered a claim, pledges: John Kneale & Charles Sayle.

this is affirmed by the subscribed wittnesses to be the last 
will & testamt: of Patrick Cowle who depted ys life ys 7th 
of April in Anno prto:  Being in pfect memory at 
the makeing therof;    ffirst he comitted his soule 
to God & body to Xtian buriall.  Itm: he left to be bestowed 
at his funerall a boule of Barly & two sheep;    Itm: he left 
to Richard Cowle a coat,   Itm: to Willm: Keey a coat.  Itm: he de
declared there was due to him from Kelly Ballnahasty thirty 
shillings wherof he remitted 8s;  Itm: he left nine shill:
