The last will and testament of Wm Crowe who depted this life ----[edge]       
December 1684 who first committed his soule to God and his body to CHristian ----[edge]       
Itm: to his daughter Essable Crowe a cow, wch of the 2 cowes his execr: pleased ----[edge]       
give as legasie.  Itm: to ye minister a mutton.  Itm: to his 2 sonnes viz Wm ----[edge]       
Patricke his pte of the houses and lands he lived in equally between them 
and if the one of them depted wthout issue his pte to returne to the issue of 
the surviveing son, and if it pleased the Almighty to call for them both without 
issue then the lands to returne wth ye houses to the next of kindred that 
ye Law pvides  it shall fall unto  and that neither of shal sett in=
gage or sell the sd lands, but the one to the other.  Itm: he willed that if both 
his sons dyed wthout Issue as afforsd that their wives should have noe pte of his 
houses or land, but to returne to the ----rest cland,  Itm: he constituted and appoyn----[edge]       
his 2 sons Wm:  and Patricke his true and Lawfull execr: of all the rest of ----[edge]

    Patt S----ptum being called by the deceadent who sd that ye house that his sd 
    Patr: did give unto his brother Wm in Contract his pt of the houses and lands 
    due to him by the Death of his mother wch did trouble him a little, and then 
    upon the 2 brothers mutually agreed in or prsence that they would not differ 
    but take the fathers pte of ye houses and lands as in his will is expressed 
postscript sworn by ye former wittnesses
