The Last will and testatment of Robt: Kelley the 22th December 1685 proved before Sr: Patrick Thompson officiall Januarie Duglas ye 22th December 1685 13h 1685/ In the name of God Amen, I Robert Kelly ---[dark edge] weak and sickly in Body, but through the mercy and goodness of God, sound for memory and understanding make this my Last will and testament in manner following: ffirst I give and bequeath my soul into the hands of Almighty God humbley beseeching him for his Infinite mercey sake and like & Lone mer---[dark edge] of myu Blessed Saviour Christ Jesus to Pardon my many foul sinns and trensgressions And alsoe I comitt my body to Christian Buriall Item I leave to the poore of Duglas tenn shillings; Item I leave to John Kinish mariner forty shillings; Item I leave Ann Clauge maid servant ten shilings and five shillings to other maid servant Item I leave to my cussen Thomas Kelley twenty shillings; Item I leave to Henery Hutchin seenier tenn shillings; Item I leave mu sister Katherin Kelly fifty pounds.
