Patrick This is affirmed to be ye last will & Testamt: of Marie Cluag who depted this life ye 13th of febr:1685/ being in perfect memorie, first she committed her soul to God & her body to Christian buriall; It: she left to her sons Tho: & Willm: 6d apeice legasie, declaring yt she had given them goods before; It: she declared yt there was in her sonne Williams hands two bowles of barley wch are due to Jane & Christian by ye death of their father to each a bowle, It: she left her best waistcoate to Madge her eldest daughter; It: to Christian her daughter ye choice petticoate; It: to Jane ye next choice petticoate; It: to Alice Kermod a linnen apron; It: she left her son in law Thomas Kermod her Executr: of all her goods moveable & unmoveable willing him to pay twenty shillings to Wm: Caine she ought him; and further declared yt if her son Wm Cubon would be troublesome & litigious with her Executr: then she left her part of yt ground wch she & her husband bought in KK Arborie and cost 7£ in all to her said Executr: Tho: Kermod, but if he was quiet to con= tinue as it is.
