between William Clague (and wife Ann) and Mally Clague als Caine als Teare in behalf of her daughter Ellinor Caine: 
Summary: 1st husband xxxx Caine, 2nd husband [Robert] Clague is not mentioned [his will ArW 1673A #08 Braddan], 
dau Ellinor Caine, stepson? William Clague (married to Ann), brother in law Dollin Caine. 
Will of 2nd husband: ArW 1673A #08 Braddan will of Robert Clague, died 5 February 1673/4: [1st wife Catharine Callow died 1664, her will ArW 1665A #009 Braddan], 
2nd wife [Mally/Mary Teare] is alive, son William, daus Catharine & Isabel Clague, eldest son [William] (has an unsatisfied contract), other children are married; 
witnesses: James Fayle & Robert Clague, pledges: William Clague & John Caine.
2nd husband: Braddan parish register: Robert Cloage buried 5 February 1673/4
Will of 2nd husband's 1st wife: ArW 1665A #009 Braddan will of Catharine Clague alias Callow, died 12 December 1664: husband Robert Clague (he is dead
by 9 June 1674, he remarried to Mary/Mally Teare), eldest son Wm Clague, children John & Isabel (of age) & Catharine & Ellinor & Joney & Marriad (of 
age by Oct 1682) Clague. Cath & Elnr & Joney at age by 24 Oct 1674. Wm of age by 1682; pledges: Gilbert Creer & Willia Cl-----[?Clague].

Articles of Agreemt agreed & concluded upon this seventeenth of

Imprimis The sd Mally doth pmise to give unto ye said Ellinor ----[dark]  
daughr: one cow, & halfe of her houshold stuff excepting 
ye furniture of bedding & other cloathes wollen & linen ----[dark]  
only one blanket & canvess, wth all after her decease to 
ye sd Mally, Wm Cluage (& Ann his wife) do pmise to ----[dark]  
sd Ellinr: 3 qr: of a stear.   Itm: Dollin Cayne doth pmise ----[dark]  
ye sd Ellnr: for her pt of ye corn, two sheep, & one ----[dark]
