Malew These are to certifie whom it may conc----[dark] that I Jane Quine, sister to Richd: Quine deceased dwelling in Castletowne in the Isle of Man doe make a deed of gift unto my said brother's daughter Jane Quine of all my goods moveable and unmoveable after my decease and if in case that shee the saide Jaine Quine dye that then I make a deed of gift and leave unto the youngest daughter Anne Quine all my goods moveable and unmoveable and I doe therefore acquit and cleare and cutt of all my relations with six pence Legasie in wittness whereof I have sett hereunto my hand and marke the second day of March and thousand six hundred seventy & seven Jane Quine her marke X wittnesses hereof Humph: Sadden Willm: Cannell William Kneale his marke X further it is agreed upon yt if in case ye two daughters dye yt then I make a deed of gift & leave all to my brothers son Willm: Quine all my goods moveable & unmoveable in wittness hereof I have hereunto set my hand & marke wittnesses ye day & yeare above written Hump: Sedden Jane Quine her marke X Willm: Cannell William Kneale his marke X [next page] Castletowne this 25th Jan: 1686 The wthin Hum: Sedden & Wm: Cannell two of ye wth----[fold] witnesses have deposed ye wthin deed of gift to be tr----[fold] in evry pticular, & ye same signed & debinded[?] in their ----[fold] prsence, And all this before mee Tho: Norris This being proved before ye Deemster is accepted of for ye last will & testamt: of Jane Quine Acceptum est et solvit 6d Jane Quine is sworn Exr: according to this deed of gift & hath given pledges Will Quine & Tho: Bridson Note yt whomsoever it is yt will enioy ye sd goods yt they are to pay six pen---[dark] for writeing ye within deed of gift
